Due to the nature of some of the items sold, returns are not permissible. If there are any concerns or issues with any purchased items, contact me for a replaced item, a refund, or in some instances, both. Depending on the item and complaint, I may ask you for a picture of the item. Once a purchase is made, I work quickly to get your items shipped out promptly. I will also contact you to let you know your item is on the way, and provide a tracking number as well. However, I cannot control the speed of the postal service, so please be mindful of that when leaving any feedback. If there is a suspected purchase that appears fraudulent or "off" then I reserve the right to cancel the transaction, and I will email you. This is very rare, but I want to protect you, and myself. It is your responsibility to read the description of all sold items to make sure you understand proper age usage and any ingredients in items.
